2010 Foley Rotary Club By-Laws

During the January 15th meeting of the Foley Rotary Club the Updated By-Laws were approved. The By-Laws committee was headed by Tommy Rhodes. The board approved the By-Laws at the January Board Meeting. The motion to approve the new By-Laws was made by Clark Stewart and Seconded by Bill Cleverdon.
